Pharmaxis offers to its members-pharmacies, a complete set of services in every section of the pharmacy business. 

Corporate Identity

The identity of Pharmaxis, is characterized by both  specific and abstract elements.

In the first glance, what one can observe in our pharmacy-members, in the colors, in the logos, in the exterior and internal labelling, is the identity of a well organized and modern  pharmacy in every aspect and at the same time best possible services for the customer/patients. The name Pharmaxis is a Greek word (in Greek Φάρμαξις) that means "Cure". By this name we stress the Greek element and the concern for the health and well-being of our customer/patients. Inside the company, the pharmacist acquires the identity of an active member, eager toparticipate in a team  of autonomous pharmacies ( the three values knowledge-advice-health are implied and in the three circles of Pharmaxis' logo). Every element has a purpose and all together tie up in order to create a common identity with specific qualitative characteristics and morals. It is this identity of its members that separates them from the rest.

Specifically, the identity is supported by elements such as: 

  • autonomy of individual pharmacies
  • Pharmaxis has no speculative aspirations 
  • attendance and equivalence
  • concern for the future of the pharmacy sector and concern for the health of the citizen  

 

Imprinting of present situation 

The first thing we do, when a pharmacy desides to join Pharmaxis, is to assess its current situation.

Our executives, in a structured way, record the data of the current operation of the pharmacy in terms of: geographic (location) characteristics, pharmacy categorization, projection of products and spatial management, current human resources, financial condition, suppliers, daily flow of work in the pharmacy.

This process identifies in a proven way, strengths and weaknesses of your current operation and it shows the hierarchy of processes that should be undertaken, rating their importance, while considering the financial resources that will be required.

 

IT Infrastructure

Pharmaxis offers to its members, services of computer support, as well as innovative IT systems, that upgrades the pharmacy and offer added value. 

Specifically it offers:

  • Vertical computerization
  • Extensive reports of sales 
  • Remote network access via a VPN network
  • IP screens
  • IT equipment consulting
  • Smart support in the pharmacy

 

Consulting

Our specialized personnel, is in the disposal of each pharmacist-member, for “face to face” meetings in order to support him in any problem that she faces in her pharmacy.. 

Our consulting services are on issues (but they are not limited) of:

  • Economic nature 
  • Marketing in the pharmacy (merchandizing, promotional activities, etc)
  • Management and choice of suppliers
  • Management of reserves
  • Human potential 
  • Renovation of space

 

Commercial Agreements

Thanks to the central management that Pharmaxis provides, it achieves commercial agreements with pharmacy supplier (through the creation of economies of scale), which an individual pharmacy is unable to acquire. 

Specifically,the agreements are: 

  • Lucrative commercial agreements with companies leading companies, in the sector of cosmetics, etc. 
  • Central agreements with suppliers of burnale materials of pharmacies (eg. packing, bags, aprons, etc)

 

Promotional Activities

As an extension of commercial agreements and in close co-operation with cosmetics companies, Pharmaxis ensures a significant amount of promotional activities. 

These activities have the following characteristics:

  • They have, mainly, the form of important discount offers.
  • They last from one week up to one month.
  • They are always topical (eg. offers in seasonal products).

Pharmaxis supports these processes in every stage (closure of agreement, creation of annual program of activities, promotional material, recording and evaluation of economic results of activities).

 

Private Label Products-Fysis Ergo 

From 2010, Pharmaxis launched its own cosmetics, named Fysis Ergo, that are exclusively sold in its members-pharmacies. We searched, we selected and we allocated products of our own production, which offer in out member exceptional degree of profitability and to the consumer, products of high quality.

 

Education

Due to the long experience of executives and pharmacists of Pharmaxis, educational programs are provided to pharmacists-members and their employees, that cover wide spectrum of processes in the pharmacy. 

Specifically, education covers the following aspects:

  • Scientific
  • Economic & Business
  • IT

Finally, our services each year are evaluated and enriched continuously with new, in order to ensure so our members are always ready to face rapid changes in a turbulent business environment.
