Lack of Ferrum and Hair Loss (anemia)

Hair loss does not discriminate on the genera. It may concern both men and women. It usually varies according to the type of hair loss that displays each sex, and the consequences it causes.
Women...
Women usually face hair loss due to age, lack of ferrum, (it is one of the most important reasons) due to endocrine problems, polycystic ovaries, due to stress or some grueling diet and after childbirth.
Men...
Men face androgenetic alopecia more frequently and may permanently lose their hair, seasonal hair loss may occur, stress, poor nutrition or pathology such as lack of ferrum, etc. All of the above can be overcome with proper treatment. So the use of specific local treatments (eg, an energizing shampoo) or a special dietary supplement rich in vitamins (especially B complex) and minerals like magnesium, copper, zinc and ferrum may be helpful. Ferum is particularly useful and beneficial, especially when nutrition lacks ferrum, which clearly may cause abnormal hair loss.
So a dietary supplement, rich in ferrum and foods such as, spinach, cereals, liver and raw nuts, should be in our diet, since they are also rich in ferrum and will contribute to the smooth functioning of our hair.
